Description
ZnAF-2 DA is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe suitable for the fluorimetric detection of Zn2+ (dissociation constant: 2.7nM). Shown in literature to be suitable for fluorescence microscopy after esterase hydrolysis. Spectral data: λex 492nm; λem 515nm in PBS.
