Description
- Reversible and cell permeable proteasome inhibitor. Specifically inhibits the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome.
- Calpain and cathepsin inhibitor.
- Does not inhibit the peptidyl-glutamyl peptide hydrolyzing activity of MPC.
