  • Non-competitive nicotinic acetylcholine receptors inhibitor [9].

  • Upregulates mitochondrial uncoupling protein (UCP) mRNA levels in brown adipose tissue [12].

  • Hedgehog signaling inhibitor [14].
  • Has antiglaucoma potential [16].
