Prepare a 10mM stock solution in MeOH or DMSO:
Dissolve 1mg of LysoGlow84 in 278µl methanol, mix gently until the compound is completely dissolved. The solution should show a homogenous yellow color. Use fresh preparations or aliquot and freeze immediately. LysoGlow84 is light sensitive, avoid long exposure to direct light or other bright light sources. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of solutions.

Product Description

  • Cell/membrane permeable, non-toxic, pH-sensitive fluorescent dye (blue-green range) for live imaging of pH alteration in acidic organelles, lysosomes, autophagolysosomes, vesicles, cells, tissue and even small, transparent whole animals without side effects.
